Position Details

Job Title: Real Estate Asset Optimization Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Estimated Salary: $19,200 - $26,400 per annum + Commissions

Schedule: Based on client demands PST/CST/EST

Position Overview

As a Real Estate Asset Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the sale of our real estate assets. Your key responsibilities include reaching out to potential buyers, creating buyer lists, and managing CRMs to ensure a smooth and efficient system on the buying side of the business.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of real estate sales, a proactive mindset, and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding qualified cash buyers and identifying their buying needs.
  • Conducting market analysis to determine optimal pricing and positioning for properties.
  • Negotiating offers and contracts with buyers/investors.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Disposition Specialist for a US-based real estate investing company.
  • A strong understanding of real estate wholesaling.
  • An advanced/native English level C1/C2.
  • A strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRMs and sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
