We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to work with one of our leading products, WASI. This person will develop new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies.

The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven and tech-savvy professional focused on achieving predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generating revenue. Proactivity, a positive attitude, and a process-focused mindset are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will have full responsibility for increasing our client base and overall revenue for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and attracting new clients.
  • Expansion of the company's client portfolio and the volume of businesses created.
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
  • Demonstrating the value and benefits of our product using a consultative sales methodology.
  • Interacting and negotiating with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle.
  • Tracking all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
  • Adapting to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business.
  • A track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar is a plus.
  • Native level of Spanish.

What You'll Get:
