Fronius is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to support our Human Resources team. As an HR Generalist Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing benefits enrollments, and responding to employee inquiries
- Conduct research on new regulations, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain reports to track HR metrics and trends

Requirements:
