Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Experience Partner to join our global HR team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing our People Experience strategy and operations, ensuring an efficient and effective customer-oriented service for employees and managers to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement globally key Human Resources processes related to the employee's lifecycle, such as HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Management, among other key HR processes from remote locations in-country and out-of-country.
  • Provide advisory services to employees and managers on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with business line and functional Leadership Business Partners in executing HR and business initiatives.
  • Proactively seek and resolve issues that involve employees, their leaders, and union (where applicable).
  • Recommend and suggest improvements in productivity through process reviews, innovations, and new technologies, including identifying automation and shared services opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, support meetings with unions and collective bargaining agreements as required (and when applicable).
  • Drive operational excellence, permanently monitoring our KPIs, SLAs, goals execution, and looking for constant improvement.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances, escalating as necessary.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Educate employees on available benefits and assist with enrollment and claims issues.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
  • Ensure that HR policies are consistently applied across the organization.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting organizations with a global presence in a matrixed environment responsible for Employee Relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or other country-specific HR Certification.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and designated country employment laws.
