High-End Travel Sales and Marketing Expert

This role plays a critical part in shaping the luxury travel sales strategy at El Palacio de Hierro. You will work closely with the sales team and external partners to drive revenue growth, expand our presence in the Mexican luxury travel market, and establish the company as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Luxury Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive luxury sales strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Sales Team Development: Train and mentor travel advisors to improve their sales skills and increase revenue.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with high-end clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Luxury Supplier Partnerships: Foster relationships with luxury travel suppliers to access premium products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education: A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Hospitality, or International Relations.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, Portuguese, or German are desirable.
- Certifications and Specialized Knowledge: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
