Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group is a leading luxury travel company owning renowned brands such as Abercrombie & Kent, Crystal, Sanctuary Lodge, Ecoventura, and over 70+ worldwide DMCs (Destination Management Companies).
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to drive sales growth in Mexico. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Mexico across the entire Abercrombie & Kent portfolio.
- Identify and target potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, luxury advisors, and other relevant partners, to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations teams, to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales and business development within the luxury travel industry, with specific experience in promoting high-end travel products.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican travel market, including key industry players, trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury advisors, and other relevant stakeholders in Mexico.
