Boston Scientific Mexico is in search of a Capital Equipment and Service & Solution Supervisor to enhance our commercial success. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership in capital equipment sales, service excellence, and the development of innovative solution portfolios.

The selected candidate will focus on optimizing equipment utilization, maximizing revenue, and establishing robust customer relationships while contributing to our mission of enhancing patient lives through pioneering medical solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Strategic Leadership: Streamline operations and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales planning, customer engagement, and contract negotiation through effective pre-planned sales calls, efficient time management, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Innovation and Digital Transformation: Identify new sales opportunities by leveraging our service and solution platforms, advocating for digital transformation, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives, biomedical engineers, and nursing personnel.
  • Deal Management: Formulate and prepare commercial agreements, oversee approvals for repairs and services.
  • Revenue Maximization: Execute pricing strategies to enhance operating income.
  • Account Management: Maintain current account files and prepare competitive sales contracts.
  • Sales Targets and Commercial Performance: Meet annual sales objectives, expand market share, and ensure a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships within hospitals and integrated delivery networks.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a liaison among Sales, Management, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing teams.

What We Are Looking For in You

Required Qualifications:

  • English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Business, or Marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of consistent experience in capital equipment sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and implementing innovative sales strategies.
  • Understanding of the hospital procurement process, including the roles of National Accounts, GPOs, Distributors, and public tenders.
  • Familiarity with BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other database programming languages.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Self-directed and adaptable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or a related master's degree.
  • Learning agility: The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector.
