The Premium Customer Services Representative is a key ambassador of American Airlines, providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our most valued guests. As a member of the Premium Services team within our Mexico City Airport group, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive domestic and international ticketing functions, boarding pass issuance, seat assignments, and managing guest needs during off-schedule operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Issue boarding passes, manage seat assignments, and provide operational support to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements
- Valid USA visa (B1/B2)
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent English language skills, with ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or Customs security badges, if applicable
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on hospitality and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects concurrently, and maintain attention to detail
