About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Continental in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with development and purchasing teams to manage raw material shortages
  • Coordinate customer orders, including detailed planning and minimum delivery quantities
  • Monitor delivery status and collaborate with suppliers and customers to avoid line-downs
  • Act as the main interface for logistics topics with customers, clarifying issues and communicating solutions
  • Coordinate ramp-ups and ramp-downs, including material scrapping and return shipments
  • Administer empties and track inventories in our warehouse administration system
  • Key in logistics data into our IT system and initiate process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, or Business Management
  • SAP experience (modules SD, MM, WM)
  • Supply chain experience, including warehousing and distribution
  • Proficient in MS-tools
  • Fluent in English
