Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. This role is responsible for operating critical food packaging machines at maximum efficiency for food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate a machine and ensure quality and conformity of packaged products.
  2. Assemble and configure machine according to current specifications.
  3. Ensure the machine operates within established guidelines and specifications.
  4. Load and store correct consumables before and after each product run.
  5. Wash and reset equipment during product changes according to company guidelines.

Requirements:
  1. 1+ years' experience as a Machine Operator 2 is required.
  2. Must be certified to operate critical food packaging machines.
  3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.

Working Conditions: The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F. Requires walking and standing for long periods of time. Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 50 lbs. is required.
