**Mission**
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Inetum, you will be responsible for creating an intuitive and seamless user experience for our clients to interact with our digital assets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA experts, to design and optimize the usability of our platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
- Design visually appealing user interfaces that make it easy to navigate through the process.
- Document business requirements and design frameworks for business solutions.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the field.
- Experience communicating and interacting with clients.
