Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Strategy Lead to join our Office of the CIO for Director of Wabtec EA and Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing adaptive IT strategy, collaborating with senior leaders, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with corporate vision and goals
- Collaborate with CIO staff and stakeholders to identify initiatives, discuss progress, and identify potential roadblocks
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies to assess their impact on Wabtec's business
- Represent Wabtec at industry events and conferences
- Work with IT leadership to identify, refresh, and execute strategic IT projects at the enterprise level
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, MBA, Business, Engineering, Business/Administration, Education, Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT strategy and planning
- Strong experience in developing IT strategy iteratively while balancing multiple stakeholder inputs
- Ability to provide strategic and tactical input to senior business and IT leaders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills related to IT strategy, planning, and roadmaps
