Key Role ResponsibilitiesTechnology LeadershipYou will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to other leaders and team members. You will apply your knowledge of the technology development lifecycle from new product development, ETO (Engineered to Order) to aftermarket, sustaining and factory support across various HVAC and Refrigeration product lines.
StrategyWorking with business and functional leaders, you will create strategy. You will also own development, implementation, and execution of short and long-term strategy, creating roadmaps aligned with business needs.
ExecutionUtilizing your knowledge of systems leadership, program management, and the ability to take requirements from concept to product solution delivery on-time, within budgets, meeting KPIs, you will guide direct and indirect leadership.
Leadership, Presentation & Communication SkillsYou will use your ability to influence at various levels in the organization, including senior executive leadership, and communicate effectively with clarity complex issues to leadership, technical and non-technical audiences.

QualificationsRequirements- A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a relevant field (advanced degree/MBA preferred), with 12+ years' experience in developing and leading technology development and field deployment.
- 12+ years' experience leading systems engineering, new product development, sustaining engineering and program execution.
- Knowledge of HVAC Systems, controls, mechanical, electrical disciplines.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience working in a global design center.
