**Job Summary**

We're seeking a skilled Master Scheduling Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing the master scheduling process to maximize efficiency and optimize resources. You'll work closely with other functions, including manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and external business partners, to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and cost-conscious manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage the master scheduling process to promote maximization of efficiency and optimization of resources
  • Lead the facility Sales and Operations Process, reporting performance to forecast, production, and inventory plans
  • Collaborate with other functions to achieve customer delivery/promise dates by setting and managing shop priorities
  • Prepare and communicate the facility master schedule, working closely with other functions, facility leadership, and external business partners
  • Drive compliance and quality assurance for the rough-cut capacity planning process using standard supply chain technology

**Requirements**

This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. You'll need to be able to analyze data, develop and implement process improvements, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
