Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and management of new markets in Latin America. If you have a passion for innovation and customer development, this role is an excellent opportunity to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Unilever's presence in new markets in Latin America.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement governance of new markets.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales process, executing need analyses, value proposition definitions, and negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Understand the customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the media team to improve metrics by implementing performance marketing strategies.
  • Work with support teams and colleagues to drive the sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience in trade marketing, customer development, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in e-commerce.
  • Business mindset and thorough knowledge of consumer needs.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who generates powerful insights and breakthrough ideas.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details.
