**Overview**
The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients and target markets.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and approaches for new business development.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in Outbound Prospecting as a BDR Role.
- Proven track record of lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
