Dealership Performance 360 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our onboarding and retention teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Follow up with clients via phone and email to ensure seamless onboarding and retention processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and data entry systems

• Provide administrative support for client retention initiatives

• Assist with various administrative tasks related to client onboarding and retention

**Requirements:**

• Advanced English language skills (fluent speaking, writing, and reading)

• 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant

• 1 year of experience in client retention

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
