Key Responsibilities- Support the Commercial team in product management duties, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
- Develop and implement Salesforce integrations and implementations to drive business growth.
- Identify and resolve user problems by tracking their origin and performing user discovery through surveys and interactions.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from problem understanding to execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making and hypothesis validation.
- Own the Product Backlog, write user stories, and execute on agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups.
- Collaborate with the team to propose solutions for business problems and lead sprint sessions to iterate on effective designs.
- Develop and maintain the short-term Product Roadmap and define KPIs and OKRs to measure success.
- Create and communicate Product Briefs (PRDs) and define the vision and mission of the product.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a product manager/project manager.
- Experience working with Commercial teams and Salesforce or ERP/CRM implementations and integrations.
- Strong product management skills and communication skills.
- Prior experience defining highly technical products as a system engineer or product manager.
- Prior experience with credit card processing and/or credit card aggregation is a plus.
