Commissioning Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. As a key member of our commissioning team, you'll play a critical role in implementing and executing the precommissioning/commissioning plan for assigned tasks.

• Participate in the timely and qualitative preparation of CSU Execution Plan at procedures in coordination with other disciplines.
• Review documents of the Call For Bid packages relative to CSU, particularly battery limits with Client.
• Assist the Subcontracting Team in answering bidders' clarifications, reviewing technical offers, and preparing the TBT.
• Participate in defining the CSU sequence in coordination with Construction and Planning Teams.
• Participate in defining the site manning chart, estimating needs in specialized subcontractors.
• Execute the follow-up of PC&C activities on a defined area/unit/plant or group of systems.
• Perform static and dynamic tests, generate associated report sheets, and ensure they're available for hand-over teams.
• Ensure all PC&C activities under control are performed in accordance with stated procedures, safety rules, and instructions of start-up Manager or Commissioning Operation Superintendent.
• Prepare and generate pre-commissioning procedures on site.
• Control the construction subcontractor's Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.
• May lead the work of some Pre-commissioning and Commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in process or engineering. Your profile should include:

• Fluency in English.
• University engineering degree with minimum moderate experience in process or engineering.
• Experience in EPC projects.
• Multi-type of main contracting scheme (FEED, etc.).
• Multi-type of construction contracting scheme (multi-subcontracting, consortium, general, etc.).
