About the Role

We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the Precommissioning/Commissioning plan for assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the timely and qualitative preparation of CSU Execution Plan at procedures in coordination with other disciplines.
• Review documents of the Call For Bid packages relative to CSU, in particular the battery limits with Client.
• Assist the Subcontracting Team to answer bidders' clarifications, to review the technical offers and to prepare the TBT.
• Participate to define the CSU sequence in coordination with Construction and Planning Teams.
• Participate to define the site manning chart, to estimate the needs in specialized subcontractors.
• Execute the follow up of PC&C activities, on a defined area/unit/plant or group of systems.
• Perform the static and dynamic tests and generate the associated report sheets and ensures they are available for hand over teams.
• Ensure that all PC&C activities under his/her control are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per the instructions of start-up Manager or Commissioning Operation Superintendent.
• Prepare and generates the pre commissioning procedures on site.
• Controls the construction subcontractor's Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.
• May lead the work of some Pre-commissioning and Commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Engineer who can join our team in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in English
• University engineering degree, with minimum moderate experience in process or engineering.
