Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Planning Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus.

This role involves developing, directing, and coordinating material planning activities to enhance customer service levels by balancing supply and demand.

The ideal candidate will have strong electronics manufacturing industry experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and advanced data analysis and MRP knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing the team in the use of best practices in finished goods and WIP planning.
  • Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team to achieve inventory level and turn goals.
  • Working closely with different departments to develop and maintain an accurate forecast.
  • Reviewing issues and making recommendations to deal with long-term constraints, customer service levels, inventory targets, and backlog.
