Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery by collaborating with the Branch Coordination team.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries through phone and email, utilizing our sales database to resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Work closely with Sales Representatives and customers to resolve any discrepancies or concerns, ensuring a smooth sales-to-shipping process.
  4. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with the Branch, fostering a collaborative remote work environment.
  5. Participate in regular meetings and discussions with the Branch team to stay informed and address any emerging issues.
  6. Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with clients, establishing positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Support Sales Representatives by processing customer quotes, conducting stock checks, and obtaining delivery information using our computer supplier access.
  8. Review and process order confirmation files to ensure data accuracy.
  9. Return calls to customers, send sales literature and samples, and research customer return authorizations and replacement orders as needed.

Requirements:

  1. A high school diploma with at least 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  3. The ability to use our computer system proficiently and navigate Microsoft Office applications at a basic level.
  4. Knowledge of company product lines, services, policies, and procedures, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  5. Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to write routine business correspondence.
  6. The capacity to type 40 words per minute and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  7. Familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure.
