Job Description: Industrial Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join our team at our Torreon location. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in administering labor agreements, interpreting collective bargaining contracts, training employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer labor agreements, including interpretation, training, and discipline">
• Involve in training others in Industrial Relations areas and supervising employee hiring">
• Coordinate the organization's response to legal cases brought by individuals">
• Contribute to the preparation of legal submissions and ensure accurate completion within deadlines">

• Draft briefing papers to support formal consultations and negotiations">

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
