">Job Description
">The Labor Relations Specialist will be responsible for administering labor agreements at our large and complex units/sites, involving interpretation, training, discipline, and related matters. This role may also entail training others in Industrial Relations and supervising production and maintenance employee hiring.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this position, you will need:

- Investigate and propose solutions for complex employee relations cases in liaison with line managers;">
- Coordinate the organization's response to legal cases brought by individuals;">
- Contribute to the preparation of legal submissions and ensure timely completion;">
- Build effective working relationships with local union and/or works council representatives;">
- Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving queries and issues;">
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders' needs, issues, and concerns;">
- Develop procedures and guidelines to support organizational policies and regulations;">
- Manage partnering relationships with internal clients, providing high-quality professional services;">
- Collect market information from external companies and institutions to maintain our reputation and image within the community;">
- Edit documents according to organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.">
This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
