Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team in this exciting position. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts from job posting to onboarding, utilizing strategies to attract top talent and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key responsibilities include conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and assessing candidates using PI targets. You will also provide feedback to managers, manage employee relations, conduct exit interviews, and oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

In addition to these key duties, you will maintain HR files, communicate policy changes, and implement employee appreciation initiatives. Engaging with candidates and managing company reviews on platforms like Glassdoor is also a crucial aspect of this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes. A strong understanding of modern equipment and software is essential, including computers with i3 processors or above, webcams, dual monitors, and microphones.

You will also require access to a stable high-speed internet connection and a comfortable, quiet working space. Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (CST), is a must.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including hourly pay ranging from $8.00 to $12.00 (USD) paid weekly, as well as an annual performance bonus up to 10% of wages (effective 2025 calendar year).
