Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in initiatives aimed at customer retention to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve billing inquiries to maintain customer contentment.
- Employ cross-selling strategies to introduce additional products or services.
- Deliver outstanding customer support to effectively manage inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in English at B2 and/or C1 level.
- At least 6 months of experience in a bilingual customer service role to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Completion of high school education with a certificate. For truncated degrees, a list of completed subjects is required, or a high school diploma if obtained in the USA (up to grade 12).
