Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct research to validate company information and update our database accordingly.
- Input company data into our suppliers' database using country-specific registers and online resources.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather additional information when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our qualification process.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with other teams, such as Supplier Engagement.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- High proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/support role, preferably with international exposure.
- Bachelor's Degree completed.
- Able to multitask and prioritize based on business/customer needs.
- Salesforce and/or Zendesk experience a plus.
- An excellent level of computer literacy, especially using MS Excel, Word, and other desktop tools.
- Customer and quality-oriented attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
