Job Description

Job Title: Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality and Compliance organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet and exceed regulatory requirements across the Latin American region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality and Compliance Oversight: Provide quality and compliance oversight for the Self-Care Franchise during all product lifecycle stages, including new product introductions, business development, and changes to existing products.
  2. Risk-Based Analysis: Conduct risk-based analysis of quality aspects related to new product introductions and business development.
  3. Regulatory Affairs: Understand current and emerging regulations and their impact on quality, ensuring that affiliates and external service providers are updated and compliant with new regulations.
  4. Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with adjacent business areas to build a robust strategy to achieve committed goals.
  5. Investigations and Deviations: Conduct and track quality investigations and process deviations, ensuring corrective action is taken.
  6. Supplier Qualification: Develop and qualify new or current service providers/suppliers to meet regulations and Kenvue requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related science.
  2. Experience: Proven experience of at least 6-8 years in a regulated industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Knowledge: Knowledge of drug product manufacturing and controls, regulatory requirements across the Latin American region, and quality systems processes.
  4. Language Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and fluency in English and Spanish.

  1. Portuguese Language Skills: Basic to intermediate Portuguese language skills.
  2. Technical Training: Advanced technical training and experience using statistics, lean, and six sigma methodologies.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to standardize varying data processes/inputs.
  4. Intellectual Agility: Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity.
  5. Communication Skills: Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
