We are seeking a highly skilled Import Export and Logistics Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic supply chain management, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize transportation costs and improve delivery times.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including CTPAT and AEO certifications.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure effective communication.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.
- Overseeing the importation of raw materials and necessary equipment to support production operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics area, preferably in Impo/Expo.
- Expertise in transportation/logistics, foreign trade, Industrial Security.
- ERP Systems.
- Knowledge of Secure Chain Programs (CTPAT and AEO).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to travel 2-3 times per year.
