- Respond to guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues and provide excellent customer service
- Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings
- Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
- Participate in daily activities and communication with other shifts using approved programs and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
- Ability to acquire knowledge in air conditioning and refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, and other related areas
- Basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
