Medical Sales Representative II

As a key member of the Boston Scientific team, you will be responsible for supporting the Territory Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division. This will involve focused business planning to aid in customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and execute territory sales plans and strategies to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify opportunities to increase share in key territories.
- Deliver sales and distribution targets in the territory.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to solve customer requests.
- Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering, nursing, hemodynamic technician or similar.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Availability to travel.
- English fluency.
- Schedule availability.
- Orientation to results.
- Teamwork.
- Great communication skills and solutions attitude.
- Sense of urgency.
- Ability to build long-term relationships.
- Microsoft office.

- Hospital environment experience.
- At least 2 or 4 years of sales experience (working with key accounts and or medical or pharma customers).
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Product expertise: Hemodynamic experience.

- Distributor management.
- Forecasting.
