About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Basis Consultant to join our Critical Incident Management team in Monterrey, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24x7 availability of SAP systems running on SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve alerts and incidents related to SAP systems on ECS
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Major Incident Manager, Level 3 support, Managed Service Providers, Global Cloud Services, and Hyperscalers
  • Streamline standard operating procedures through automation and process improvement
Requirements

We are looking for experienced SAP Basis Consultants with a strong background in NetWeaver and Non-NetWeaver technologies, including HANA DB. You should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience with SAP Basis
  • Experience supporting large and complex productive SAP environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system platforms
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to tackle complex problems in IT operations
  • Experience handling operations for IT systems hosted in the cloud
