- Monitoring and leading Continuous Improvement Events to drive efficiency and performance advances.
- Delivering training for Yellow Belts and providing support to the Master Black Belt during Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt training.
- Mentoring and coaching Yellow and Green Belts practitioners on site, not only to help them achieve certification, but also to foster skill development and career advancement.
- Executing a minimum of two Black Belt projects each year, designed to significantly enhance operational productivity and efficiency, with the goal of achieving substantial cost savings.
- Collaborating with finance to validate project cost savings, in accordance with the country's cost savings governance guidelines.
- Master or Degree in process of Quality of Productivity system
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology from a recognized institution
- Advanced English fluency
- Experience +5 years in logistics 3PL or 4PL, cross-functional teams, and project management
