Key Responsibilities
  • Control and Monitoring of Projects in Execution: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Main Activities: Perform the following tasks:
    • Order registration and management
    • Billing and invoicing
    • Portfolio tracking and analysis
    • Request for Guarantees and Monitoring until cancellation
    • Sales Recognition and reporting
    • Project Risk Assessment and mitigation
    • Coverage Creation and management
    • Modification and blocking/unblocking of clients
    • Sanity check comments and corrections, adjustments
    • Inventory Sales orders and PO's
    • Sanity Check comments integration
    • OCC Review and analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Admin, Accounting, or Similar: A degree in a related field is required.
  • 1 to 3 Years of Experience in Projects within the Electrical Industry: Experience in project management within the electrical industry is preferred.
  • Experience Working with Different Internal and External Stakeholders: Ability to work with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Advanced English: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience with Tools such as Power BI, Dashboards, SAP: Familiarity with industry-standard tools is an asset.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Collaboration with Other Areas: Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
