Key Responsibilities:- Business Requirements Management: Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with our company's strategy, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
- Process Improvement: Improve the connection between global functions representatives/system owners and IT specialists within our organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Management: Report project status to sponsors and steering committees, providing regular updates on progress and any challenges that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Closely cooperate with other business analysts to ensure consistency of processes and data between different domains, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Prioritization: Establish clear priorities among project activities, ensuring that we are focusing on the most critical tasks and delivering results that meet our business objectives.
- System Administration: Provide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for systems in scope, performing configurations and ensuring the integrity and security of corporate data.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of systems functionality, testing after updates and changes to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Coordinate, support, or execute key and end-user training activities for systems in scope, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Business or IT Background: A strong business or IT background, with a focus on technical/business knowledge and experience in business process and/or data mapping.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business value.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Available to start working at 6 or 7 am, with a flexible schedule that allows for remote work and other benefits.
