  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to align on product specifications, ensure timely delivery, and meet customer requirements.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the department's budget, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and improvement of EDDY Pump products.
  • Quality Control: Ensure engineering processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven experience in pump design, manufacturing, or a related industry. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CAD Software: Strong proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$70,000.00 per month
