Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Enhance diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Manage budgets and recommend budget changes to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Manage critical spare parts inventory and plan for timely requisition and acquisition.
  • Communicate effectively with management to restore equipment to 100% reliability.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Ensure seamless execution of annual maintenance and overhaul of critical equipment.
  • Implement basic cycle maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and inspection principles.
  • Ensure proper upkeep and prevent loss of tools and equipment.
  • Lead change management initiatives for the engineering and maintenance department.
  • Ensure maintenance of facilities and plant infrastructure.
  • Plan and control weekly maintenance spending within approved budget levels.
  • Prepare annual engineering budget and monthly zero-based budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Valid US visa.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Knowledge of initiatives such as Early Management, PMO, Reliability, etc.
  • Knowledge in CapEx Management, Automation & Control, maintenance program.
  • Operation and maintenance experience with at least 3 years' experience in a medical company in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in Engineering Practices on Maintenance Management.
  • Basic understanding of budget, cost control, and project management.
