Role Summary

The Services Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in comprehending market demands and steering a comprehensive offering and communication strategy to enhance Lenovo's position in the rapidly expanding Services sector. This individual will be tasked with facilitating service enablement across various channels and collaborating closely with sales teams on market strategies. They will serve as a thought leader and act as a consultant on Services, offering insights to sales personnel, channel partners, and virtual team members regarding solution choices, service compatibility, and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will emerge as a Subject Matter Expert in services, driven by revenue goals, and will possess a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong commitment to follow-up and execution. They should exhibit analytical prowess, exceptional organizational skills, and effective time management. Successful candidates will thrive in dynamic environments characterized by competitive uncertainty and stringent deadlines. Utilizing their technical background, analytical capabilities, and creative problem-solving skills, they will devise innovative solutions to address client challenges.

Key Responsibilities:


• Strategically plan and prioritize to facilitate the introduction of new services within the designated territory.


• Develop and manage tailored solutions for essential services.


• Ensure data integrity across all relevant systems and tools.


• Act as a subject matter expert regarding services on the sales floor, supporting sales enablement and solution delivery.


• Provide pre-sales support for North America, assisting both direct and indirect sales representatives and business partners.


• Deliver customized training sessions for sales teams and engage in Sales Events as necessary.


• Share best practices within the team, emphasizing continuous improvement.


• Manage multiple initiatives concurrently with a strong focus on achieving results.


• In situations lacking established processes, swiftly adapt, create a repeatable framework, document procedures, gain cross-functional support, and execute effectively.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.


• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management, particularly for technical products.


• Strong knowledge of Servers, Infrastructure, and Solutions is highly desirable.


• Exceptional strategic thinking and customer-centric approach, with clear and effective communication skills.


• Excellent organizational abilities and experience leading complex projects.


• Proficient presentation and communication skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex solutions.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
