Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the launch success of our Diabetes Brand. You will be responsible for executing brand strategy through sales channels, coordinating disease state education campaigns, and providing clear direction to cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities- Execution of Brand Strategy Through Sales Channels: Develop and execute prioritized field resources and tactics aligned to meet customer needs. Partner with agency and cross-functional colleagues to coordinate the review and approval process.
- Disease State Education Campaign Execution: Coordinate development and execution of educational campaigns to close the clinical care gap.
- Off to a Good Start Experience: Provide clear direction and set appropriate expectations with cross-functional teams to ensure key activities are completed on time and an unparalleled customer experience is delivered.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: In partnership with Omnichannel teams and sales leaders, determine key performance indicators and measurement plans for owned marketing tactics. Track effectiveness and adjust course as needed.
- Proven GRIT: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans with a bias for action.
- Analysis: Leverages deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitor strategy, and data to implement actionable business solutions.
