Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative **Deal Strategy Associate** to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate quotes and aligning sales team efforts with Blend's pricing strategies and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the end-to-end order-to-contract process, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Verify contract details in our customer relationship management tool to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
- Build trust and partnerships with cross-functional teams, driving best practices and process standardization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless quote execution and resolution of discrepancies.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of contractual terms and Blend's agreements.
- Recent university graduate with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to review contracts and order forms for accuracy and uniformity.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in quoting processes, product offerings, or software systems.
- Relocation and sign-on bonuses (if applicable).
