About the Role

We are ACSI Call Center, a leading healthcare services provider in Mexico, seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position, working 10 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize patient needs and preferences when arranging appointments to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Use discovery questions and actively listen to patient's issues, concerns or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller's situation.
  • Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide high level of service as expected for a healthcare industry.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a customer service representative.
  • C1-C2 English level is a must.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
