Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Innovation Strategist to join our team at Micron, a world leader in innovative memory and storage solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy to drive growth and revenue across our memory and storage product portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and technologies.
  • Analyze industry developments, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to design and launch new products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation strategy, or a related field in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of memory and storage technologies, as well as emerging trends and innovations in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and MBA or Master's Degree in engineering management is preferred.
