Job DescriptionSenior Memory Verification Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Memory Verification Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced verification platforms using verification languages and techniques.
Your primary focus will be on building and delivering full chip behavior models to Micron's worldwide external customers, as well as developing verification plans incorporating directed and random patterns covering all features of a memory design.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize and drive innovation into future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of advanced verification platforms using verification languages and techniques.
- Create full chip behavior models distributed to Micron's worldwide external customers.
- Develop verification plans incorporating directed and random patterns covering all features of a memory design.
- Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
- Cross-group communication and collaboration for standardization and group success.
- Drive innovation into future Memory generations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in verification languages (System Verilog) and methodologies (UVM).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design.
- Ability to abstract complex technical details into an easy-to-understand interface.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using scripting languages to automate tasks.
- Experience defining coverage strategy and writing coverage models.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Previous work experience in ASIC or Memory verification.
- Good understanding of CMOS circuit design.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of RM120,000 - RM180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
