As a Lead Business Research Analyst at Infomineo, you will oversee research initiatives, respond to client inquiries, and guide a team of analysts in addressing business and investment research requirements across multiple sectors and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research, address client inquiries, and independently manage a team of analysts and associates focused on business and investment research.
- Provide training, leadership, and mentorship to your team, clearly defining roles and establishing efficient processes.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring quality assurance and implementing QA protocols to maintain high standards in deliverables.
- Simultaneously manage various clients, projects, and teams, prioritizing tasks and allocating time effectively.
- Oversee team dynamics, setting clear objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Serve as a professional development mentor, offering coaching, training, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Professional Development team to design and deliver high-quality training programs.
- Foster a motivated team environment focused on achieving excellence.
- Assist in the recruitment process to identify suitable candidates.
- Support various strategic initiatives that are crucial to the organization.
Who You Are
- Possess a master's degree and at least four years of relevant professional experience.
- Have prior experience in team management.
- Capable of analyzing challenges, devising solutions, and executing them effectively.
- Resourceful and innovative, skilled in utilizing diverse tools for information gathering.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrate effective management capabilities, with a proven track record of coordinating workflows and ensuring quality for small to medium-sized teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or Italian is advantageous.
- Experienced with research databases.
