Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Solution Center team at Carrier. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to HR inquiries, leveraging HR knowledge and expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Utilize ServiceNow case management system to manage and resolve HR cases, striving for first contact resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR knowledge base to support employee self-service and improve HR efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, Communities of Expertise, and other stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and improve HR processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of Workday and ServiceNow enhancements to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Document and update HR processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR advisory and support.
  • Advanced English language skills (conversational).
  • Demonstrated experience in issue identification and escalation.
  • Experience communicating through various HR channels.
  • Experience understanding and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Previous contact center experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience with HR and case management systems.
  • Ability to assist others in understanding new HR processes and influencing them to adopt new ways of working.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a high-pressure team environment.
  • Experience documenting business processes in a visual format and writing detailed business process documents.
  • Microsoft Office and Workday skills.
