Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies, managing sales activities, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth
  • Track sales activities and reports to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making
  • Maintain a client database to ensure effective communication and relationship-building
  • Promote and sell our company's products and services to existing and potential clients
  • Maintain and expand customer feedback database to inform business decisions
  • Report to the Board of Directors on sales and marketing performance
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales and marketing plans and policies to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and regularly review sales and marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate company database to ensure seamless communication and data management
  • Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities to drive business growth

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department
  • Excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics and strategies
  • Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Result-driven and organized individual
  • 2+ years' proven experience as a sales and marketing manager
