Overview

As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the business teams by creating, executing, and populating commercial area information with standard reports and BI tools.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Supporting business teams by creating and executing commercial area reports and BI tools
  • Point of contact between business and technology teams for data and performance issues
  • Working with functional teams to gather requirements and document needs
  • Optimizing processes by leveraging best practices
  • Establishing processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems
  • Ensuring customer escalations are handled appropriately
  • Overseeing onboarding of new reports and services by training end-user communities
  • Participating in activities to improve performance and ensure SLAs
  • Consistently attending meetings with client subject matter experts to acquire functional business requirements
  • Participating in continuous improvement meetings
  • Responsible for Business Intelligence projects
  • Executing reports according to SLAs
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Reporting Analyst with:

  • Business Administration, Engineering, or Data & Analytics related career
  • Good understanding of Business Analytics and Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, etc.)
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate is a plus)
  • Proficient in creating dynamic Dashboards and Reports at different levels of detail using PepsiCo standards reporting tools (Tableau, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.)
  • Advanced English
