About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in streamlining and improving business-to-business processes with customers, suppliers, carriers, banks, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and design business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology to drive innovation and growth.
  • SAP Integration: Provide expertise in SAP integration, including SD (sales and distribution) and facturación electronica, to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • IT Support: Collaborate with the Global Information Technology (GIT) team to provide IT support and issue resolution, following standard operating procedures and governance practices.
  • Project Management: Lead and collaborate on projects related to business process improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project planning and implementation.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that align with divisional goals and strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in programming or information technology, with advanced English language skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, including ABAP (desirable), and experience with SAP integration, including SD (sales and distribution) and facturación electronica.
