**Job Overview**

We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our design efforts and drive project execution. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures.
  • Managing project timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders and persuading others to adopt a point of view.
  • Leading small to medium-sized Mechanical Engineering teams as a Lead Engineer.
  • Directing the Discipline engineering design of assigned work areas, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop clash-free designs and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identifying and addressing project risks and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project scope, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Coordinating with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
