As a Payroll Operations Analyst, you will oversee comprehensive payroll functions for both salaried and hourly employees across various locations. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with company policies as well as Local, State, and Federal regulations. You will serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries from staff and management, assisting in the timely processing of year-end payroll documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily payroll operations and establish procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of payroll services. Analyze and support the regular payroll disbursement, ensuring the accuracy of pay data, maintenance of payroll records, and adherence to internal control protocols. Prepare and distribute reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll processes to guarantee timely and precise reporting. Investigate payroll discrepancies, provide analytical insights, and recommend solutions to management. Review and refine payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for enhancement. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, providing clarity on various issues. Manage small-scale payroll initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficient in English (both written and verbal). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll role within a national organization. Proven experience in a supervisory capacity. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (office administration, accounting, payroll). Familiarity with SAP-based GlobalView (ADP) payroll systems. Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Comprehensive understanding of payroll and human resources practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
